What a gem of a sushi restaurant right here in the heart of downtown. Honestly, there isn’t many good sushi spots, and living here in DTLV, it’s great to have a place that serves fresh fish, in a cozy atmosphere.
I always go to Fergusons Downtown to grab coffee and hang out on the grass. This time I seen a sign outside of a newish sushi spot, so I had to drop in and try out their food.
I ordered the California and Philly Hand Rolls to start… delicious and well cut and portioned.
Grabbed the mini musubi bites as a change up and enjoyed that as well.
Finally ended it with the premium salmon roll (picture) and it’s just a really solid dish that had the zest of the lemon, sweetness from the honey miso sauce and the salmon itself was fresh.

Perfect experience, wonderful ambience and bartending. The host, Christopher performed magical, astonishing tricks (sleight of hand) for the bride and groom making for a perfectly serendipitous experience.
