BAD quality and service. My husband purchased the rose box and necklace combo for valentines day. The necklace has a typo on it and it says love you to the moon andback. The card also says love your at the end instead of it saying I love you. I emailed this company and did get a quick response. I was told what the necklace said and there was no acknowledgement that it was a typo. I was then ignored for a few days and I had to email them again. For the price that these people charge ($149) there should be no typos especially on a piece of jewelry. They emailed me back and I was told that I would get a $15 refund for the necklace and that I had to ship it back myself. What a joke, all of their necklaces have the same typo. This was days ago and I and I still have not heard back. Do not waste your money on this cheap product. The ferrero rocher candies were also old and stale. I am so impressed with this company. With their level of customer service, nice personality, and warmness. I saw their advertisement on social media and completely blown away by their work and how different their work is compared to just going to a regular flower shop. I made my purchase of 2 items on a Wednesday Nd receive the package on Saturday before valentine's day as promised. I only received 1 item though. I reached out by messenger online ans got a response within the hour. Very promptly Nd willingness to correct the issue.
