Design Center? More like cemetery. I tried to get in there when they were building it, but they never would return my calls. I am in the same place 15 years now, so they lost a real tenant over their lack of professionalism. Now, the place is almost completely empty, but they just brought in a second eyebrow place and have two architects and two financial services. Who cannibalizes an existing tenant with a second eyebrow tenant? The risk is you go in and they hurt your business with competition. It is clear to me that they do not know what they are doing!
