It's Nov. & I just received a strange (2nd) bill. This one dated for Nov. but for usage in June and July which have already been paid. HERE IS THE ISSUE: Apparently my water meter stoped working in June. They replaced the meter in October with NO notification of the any problem or that they were sending someone to replace the meter (no letter & nothing on my bill). They sent a repair person to my home, shut my water off, replaced the meter and didn't even leave a note. What/when utilies are worked on outside effects the inside of your home. (I am actually creeped out and upset that someone was at my home, working on something attached to my home, that effects my home and IT Happened Without My Knowledge. It is a safty concern). My review is for the SNWA rebate. We heard about the SNWA rebate and decided to replace our front yard grass with turf grass. The process was super easy and I’m surprised how quick and efficient communication has been by phone and email.
