I would like to start this review by saying I am more than impressed with T&R tackle. I took my Van Staal VSB50X2 in because of a grinding in it. The guys at T&R were extremely knowledgeable and within seconds of testing the reel out, they knew exactly what the problem was. They worked on the reel and discovered a new issue and told me on the phone “I want this reel to be as close to perfect as possible before it leaves here.” They very clearly worked very hard to make the reel as good as new and exactly the way it was originally meant to be.
