March 7th I went to this restaurant with my husband and friends from the Netherlands. First let me say if I could give this restaurant minus stars I would give it minus 10 stars! Our table ordered a special prawn dish that the table next to us had recommended because it was juicy and delicious and we thought we would order that prawn dish. Well when that dish came out, it smelled burned and the shells of the prawns were burned. The meat of the prawns was over cooked so badly that you could not even get the shrimp out of the shells. We asked the waiter to come over and we tried to send it back and he would not let us send it back and kept saying, “ that is the way it should be” I told him to take it back and we will not be paying for the prawns. Then he started arguing with me and being so rude and finally after 10 minutes of arguing with me, he took it back. The rest of the meal was mediocre at best! What a waste of our money! That is just the beginning because when my husband went to pay the bill they made him stand at the counter for another 10 minutes. My husband told them to take that dish off of our bill and they argued with him and kept saying they had to call the manager to ask for permission to remove it from the bill. That was a total lie because the manager was standing right behind him cooking! But my husband said you have to remove that charge because I am not paying for that dish. The waiter kept wanting my husband to tap his credit card so he would pay for everything. He did not want to show my husband the itemized bill. Well, my husband kept insisting on seeing the bill and after another 10 minutes of arguing, he finally released the itemized bill and that charge for the prawn dish had not been removed! Only after my husband threatened to walk away and call the police, was when he finally removed that charge for the burned prawns that we refused to accept, and he paid the bill. ( no tip )! I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and in fact, I will tell all my friends not to go there. My advice is to request an itemized bill before paying if you have made the biggest mistake by actually going to eat at that restaurant. Stay away from Thai Song! There are so many other restaurants that are delicious and customer friendly. For example, The Cove in Deerfield Beach, delicious and...

Today March 7th, I took my friends from the Nederlands for dinner at this place, thinking to have dinner at a nice place for Authentic Thai Food!
Well we ordered food, Satay, fried rice, Wonton soup, Shrimp red Curry as well as the Plate with the 8 Jumbo Grilled SHRIMPS! As we were served the Shrimp Dish, I smelled some burned stuff not knowing what it was! Since the guest next to our table had ordered the same dish with Shrimps and their was juicy and really soft and edible, my wife was the first to tried it out, but when she was about to take a piece of the meat from the shrimp, it was so hard and rubbery, and when she lifted the whole shrimp it was charcoal black on the backside!
My wife called the server and complained and showed him the burned shrimp served to us, and the reaction that followed was appalling!! He responded by saying that this is the way it supposed to be, and when my spouse told him it is rubbery and hard WE CANNOT ACCEPT this, HE got pissed and mad and started to argue with her!
She gave him the whole dish back and told him to remove it from the bill because we don’t want it anymore, and would not place another order as well not paying for it!
After dinner I asked for the bill to pay, and he told me, just pay or tab here your card!
I told him I would like to see my bill before payment! He had not removed the Shrimp order and I told him I was NOT going to pay for that! He told me that he needed to talk to the Manager, He lied to me bij saying he is going to call the manager. But when I told him that my Guests needed to leave, He didn’t call anybody, he was the manager himself , He finally removed it!!
People be aware if you order something and you are not satisfied what you have been served, they will argue with you and want you to accept what they serve you!!
WE WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN GO TO THAT PLACE!! THAI SONG RESTAURANT!!
YOU MUST REJECT PAYMENT FOR FOOD THAT IS NOT EDIBLE OR BURNT OR GRILLED...
