Shannon was FANTASTIC with helping me.
However, I will never be ordering online from Buckle again. After getting my order wrong and going into the store, then reordering to be shipped to my house, I was told it would only take 5 days to get to my house. It has been 9 days and still no package. With no texts or emails regarding updates on my package. So frustrating. After finally getting ahold of an employee (again thank you Shannon) I tried to cancel my order, but because my packing is supposedly “arriving tomorrow” I can no longer cancel and get a refund. Very disappointing, I don’t normally shop at Buckle and now I remember why.

The employee helping me said she would go get some jeans for me to try on. After waiting for about 15 minutes of waiting, I looked for that employee and she was helping someone else that walked in after me.
