I so LOVE this store, Stephen and Jessica! I went in with a basic idea of a custom ring I wanted designed for Chelle. I described to Jessica that I wanted a sapphire, fairly good size, surrounded by diamonds. She instantly saw the vision, knew what I wanted and pulled out a couple close examples to show me. Dead on accurate. She knew exactly what I wanted, had it custom made for her and it was back in no time! And it was better than what I could have dreamed of when I saw it! Here’s the deal. When you think of this business, you’d have several reasons to maybe think it’s out of your price range. But the truth? You can get exactly what you want, designed and built FOR you, with more love and attention put into the details at a better price than you could find at those mall chain operations. I dearly love them both and you’d do yourself a favor by making an appointment and going to them FIRST. Full stop, end of story. I couldn’t recommend them...

Stephen is awesome. I'm tangentially in the diamond business myself, and have been for 39+ years, as the marketer of online trading platforms to diamond companies. So I know the major diamond dealers in New York, and many hundreds (thousands?) of retail jewelers around the country. I'm based near Denver. She was quoted $650 by a local chain store, and a six week wait. She asked me for help, and I sent the piece to Stephen. He fixed it for a third of the price, and had it back to us in three days. After 35 years of being married, I decided that my wife needed a new setting for her diamond ring and we went and visited Stephen Burstein. We sat with Stephen and he designed the most gorgeous new setting for her diamond.

Within a few weeks it was delivered and we went and visited the jewelry store in. Oh my God, we were overwhelmed with the design and the actual physical appearance of the ring.
