Before you shop at this establishment please read the following: They committed fraud and stole money by falsely charging my debt card. They won’t return the money they stole from me.
This is the worse experience I have ever had. My first and last time ever shopping here.
I purchased some items with a gift card I got for Xmas and debt card from the online store 18 Dec 2017. This was work uniforms for the new job I start in 10 days. I got no confirmation email or anything saying the order was shipped. I call in on 20 Dec to check the order. Everything was fine they said I had nothing to worry about. I told them I could not see the order on my online acct. They said it was a glitch-everything was fine.
I call back on 23 Dec because the order was late to check status it was not delivered. They have no record of the order being created, shipped or anything. Funny BC they took money from my gift card and my debit card. I went in circles for 90 Min with a customer service rep and a manager. Telling them to get me my order or refund my money. The refuse to refund my money or give me my order. I’m left with no uniforms and they stole my money- they over charged the debit card too. This is a horrible situation since I spent literally my last dime on this order. I’m also a veteran that has been out of the job market for 16 months. I finally get a job and now I’m scammed by this entity. I contacted my bank but it will take forever to dispute the transaction.
Then also kohl’s absolutely refused to refund the money on the gift card. Just out right said no. No one deserves to be treated this way. Especially when times are very hard for some of us. I hope no one else has this happen.

Read moreI excitedly came in to use my $40 gift card to buy some essentials for my household. I shopped around finding a few things and carried on towards the register. Along the way I decided to check if the sale price Kohl’s is advertising for the Ninja Blender beats the competitors. I ended up finding the price for this ninja blender is 69.99 at Home Depot, Bed Bath and Beyond as well as Best Buy. Knowing that virtually all retail stores price match these days I just asked if they would try. Tonya at the register was nice but she was too new to help so we called over a woman by the name of KERI to ask if they would price match, she said she would go ahead and check with another manager and be back to let me know. So I stood by watching as about one dozen different groups of people checked out.. both Tonya and I glanced eyes and looked around noticing how much time had passed.. finally Tonya asked for someone to call a manager to the front. After waiting a few more minutes now totaling almost 28 minutes MEGAN shows up. She, very inconsiderate of how much time I have wasted, tells me no to price matching the three stores that are within a mile saying it is against their policy. To me that’s understandable but the way she delivered that was with complete disinterest and lack of concern that I’ve been waiting almost 30 minutes to get denied this simple thing. When I express to her that I’ve been waiting this long for a simple answer she blows me off and runs back from where she had rushed in from. Read moreI was at Northwoods store 0644 and I saw this soft boots for $49.99 was mark clearance for $6.00 so I proceed to the register for check out and the cashier ring me up to scan the price stating that the shoe was not for clearance. I told her will it’s not my mistake that the staff members mark the tag by accident so she call a lady over she could be the manager/supervisor didn’t give me her name. She said oh it’s must be mistaken because this shoes is not for clearance and I told her then you should honor for your customer but it’s not my mistake. What happened to customers rights??? She then told me that she can only give me 10% off and I told her no you should honor and give it to me because it’s a mistake on your staff not mine so I didn’t want to argue with her and I told her I have been working with customers service over 15 years and this is not how we handle the situation. This was very poor on her behalf and I would of rate this a zero but there’s wasn’t none so I gave it a one which I totally disagreed.
