During my visit today, 20 minutes before close, I witnessed one of the most extreme customer outbursts I’ve ever seen in a professional setting. The man’s behavior went far beyond normal frustration. He was loud, aggressive, and erratic to the point that it seemed he might have been under the influence of something. He was absolutely unconsolable and refused to accept any resolution offered seemingly trying to antagonize and instigate the staff with every name called and swearing thrown at them.
Even though Faye had a scheduled appointment at the time, he demanded immediate service. Given Ray was in an appointment while Faye had one waiting on her she went out of her way to offer him multiple appointment slots for the very next business day, yet he rejected each option. Despite his hostility, both Faye and Nikki stood their ground with calm professionalism.
They enforced the bank’s policies while still treating him with patience and respect, all while ensuring other customers, including those with appointments, were not overlooked for someone this entitled trying to intimidate everyone in the establishment.
I was truly impressed by their ability to keep composure in the face of such extreme disrespect. In all my years as a customer, I have never seen someone treat others in this manner, let alone seen staff handle a situation like this with such grace. The man left calmer than he was when I arrived after seeing his hostility not get him anywhere.
Faye and Nikki deserve recognition for representing the bank with professionalism and integrity as they tried to deescalate knowing there were other customers in the branch at the time, even under circumstances that no employee should ever...

Very poor service/experience trying to get a Teller deposit mistake corrected (Teller put the transaction amount in for $250 less than the money order deposited on a Friday). Was the 1st customer in when the doors opened on Monday, Teller said it required a manager; both were on the phone. After 10 minutes of waiting was asked to leave my info for them to look into it when they're free and contact me later. Asked politely for in person service (waited more), asked sternly for in person service (waited more), ended up having to threaten going to the Livonia PD to file a report of theft to get a manager to provide service. He did correct the Teller error/credit my account. No apology - just a comment that I should have checked the transaction receipt to verify the deposit was correct on Friday. I was trying to close this account because I moved and they do not have this bank where I live currently.
So I close it. Then I get overdrafted from Spotify $10 through paypal. Ok well I don't find out till a month later and I have to pay a $200 overdraft fee. I delete my bank account from paypal.
Ok w/e I pay the fee and now it's at $0 balance again and I close it again. Ok well deleting the bank account from paypal does not affect recurrent transactions so it's opened again. Ok then something else from another merchent.. Now $200 again.
So because of $20 overdraft, I have to pay $400. Apparantly Ive been paying $10 maintenance fee on the account for a year and didn't realize it too. Ok so that's like - $500
People put their money in the bank to gain interest etc. Well...
