I bought a Vera Bradley crossbody purse from this store. I carried it once and just couldn’t make it work for me. Too many zippers and compartments. One month after purchase i tried to return it and they would not even give me a store credit. They said at first they wouldn’t know how much I paid for it in spite of the fact that they had another identical one in the store and Even though I showed them my credit card statement which proved I bought it from this store and how much I paid for it. Then they changed tactics and said they could not use that as proof I bought it there. I am a member of the hallmark club and suggested they simply look me up in their system and see my purchases. The response I got was “it doesn’t work that way”. And the lead salesperson in the store said she could not give me a credit because I carried it once. What? This store seriously needs to work on their customer service. Time to move up to 2023. Plus the one salesperson was rude to me even though I was perfectly civil to her. Never...

With the size of the store letting it have a large selection of items, this is my go to store in the chain. While they all the normal Hallmark products, they also have Life is good stuff, bath stuff and selection of housewares. Service is wonderful. Last time I was there it was close to closing time and none of the staff let me know so I rang out after their normal closing time. I apologized as I left but told they didn't mind. The store is laid out all spread out with the cashier in the center of the store. Cards are all around the Outer Perimeter. Then if you go to leave you got to walk back to the middle of the store. They don't have one line that can go into the registers people come in from the sides you and if you're waiting in line because they have shelves and display units breaking everything up. That...
