Dunham's Sports — Local services in Logan Township

Signs said "BOGO 50% Off ALL Athletic Tees, Fleece & Shorts". I even asked the manager if that included mens. Purchased Nike shorts & mens Champion Sweatshirt. Sweatshirt rung up 25% off. Apparently the sale excluded Champion which the signs did not state. The signs said "ALL". The sales clerk argued w me so i did not purchase sweatshirt. Was angry so i returned shorts & spoke to manager who tried telling me the sale was Under Armor only. The signs were on multiple racks throughout the store. He argued w me. Apparently they don't understand the meaning of the word "ALL". I told the manager he made 2 mistakes in business. 1. Arguing w the customer & 2. Losing a $45 sale for the sake of $7.50. From now on i will go to Dicks where i found the shorts cheaper at 25% off. I've had problems w Dunhams in the past trying to wiggle their way out of not giving what...

We were treated so rudely by the older lady who works in the Shoe Dept. We purchased a pair of mens Sketchers on July 3rd. Took them back July 13th after wearing them twice the lace holder stiching pulled away. Leaving them unlaceable. On sale they were 54.99. They didnt want to do a return as we didnt have the box but we did have the reciept. After arguring with us why we would want another pair of the same sneaker they gave us another pair. But wrote on our reciept. Unreturnable. And on our way home we noticed they forgot to take the security tag off of the shoes. We had to turn around and head back to the store. We both love our Sketchers and will always buy them just not at Dunhams. Please treat your customers better than you treated us today. We wont be shopping at...

Went there for cleats for our child and the man working there did everything in his power to avoid us - didnt even make eye contact, we said excuse me and still nothing. So needless to say we got angry and left after 10 minutes of this and went to Dicks sporting goods. Qe got great customer service there and also the same cleats we were interested in at Dunham's were cheaper at Dicks. If I could give them one star I would! And also the store is dank and on the dirty side. After that terrible customer service issue we will be doing all of our sports shopping at Dicks...
