francesca's — Local services in Lone Tree

Firstly, when I went to the park meadows francesca store, there were two ladies who were extremely disrespectful and rude to me. I went there to return my order, and they rudely asked for a purchase slip, which I didn’t have. I showed them my email receipts instead. They finally processed a return for one item, but for another order, they didn’t even check the delivery date and said they couldn’t issue a refund, giving me a gift card instead. After leaving the store, I checked my email and realized that the item was still within the 21-day return period. When I went back to ask about it, they said they couldn’t do anything. Their attitude was very rude and hurtful—it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. One of the ladies even told me to shop in-store instead of online, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. Please learn to treat your customers with respect. One of the employees acted weirdly confrontational about me being a man that was buying a skirt. She came up to me and repeatedly asked if it was a gift for someone, and seemed confused when I told her it was for me. She then asked what clothes I would even wear it with in an oddly hostile manner, which was weird because it’s an article of clothing that you could easily throw onto any outfit. She then just silently stood by my boyfriend and I while I was shopping like I did something wrong. I was so uncomfortable that I didn’t even attempt to do the fitting room like I wanted because I felt heavily judged by the employee, so the skirt ended up being too big anyways. I had a very disappointing experience at the Park Meadows Francesca’s location. While returning an item, I was assisted by an employee (wearing black glasses and fruit earrings) who was extremely condescending. She questioned whether I had even read the return policy, despite the fact that I had the original tag and receipt and met all the return requirements. Although the return was ultimately processed, her attitude was unprofessional and left a negative impression. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping at this location...
