Firstly, when I went to the park meadows francesca store, there were two ladies who were extremely disrespectful and rude to me. I went there to return my order, and they rudely asked for a purchase slip, which I didn’t have. I showed them my email receipts instead. They finally processed a return for one item, but for another order, they didn’t even check the delivery date and said they couldn’t issue a refund, giving me a gift card instead. After leaving the store, I checked my email and realized that the item was still within the 21-day return period. When I went back to ask about it, they said they couldn’t do anything. Their attitude was very rude and hurtful—it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She came up to me and repeatedly asked if it was a gift for someone, and seemed confused when I told her it was for me. She then asked what clothes I would even wear it with in an oddly hostile manner, which was weird because it’s an article of clothing that you could easily throw onto any outfit. She then just silently stood by my boyfriend and I while I was shopping like I did something wrong. I was so uncomfortable that I didn’t even attempt to do the fitting room like I wanted because I felt heavily judged by the employee, so the skirt ended up being too big anyways. While returning an item, I was assisted by an employee (wearing black glasses and fruit earrings) who was extremely condescending. She questioned whether I had even read the return policy, despite the fact that I had the original tag and receipt and met all the return requirements.
