I'll start this off by a quote a manager told us " I've dealt with difficult customers like you before, you need to call customer service.".....here's the story behind that. Short story: Double charged and terrible/rude customer service at the store level. Long story: Wife and I had purchased her some earrings among other things as we have done in the past at this store. This most recent trip after she got home she noticed on the receipt that she got charged for 2 sets of stones for 1 pair of earrings. Called the store and they said it happens if they enter the the wrong thing/button during checkout. Said to come back in with the receipt and they would correct. We came back in a few hours later and the manager told us, no the price is correct, they sell as individual stones. We told her no, that's not right and even showed her receipts from previous, very recent visits that showed the stones are sold as a set for a set of their earnings. She still told us we were wrong. So you would be willing to sell a set of earrings but only sell a single stone? Meaning I could buy a set of earrings and only get a stone in one and an empty holder in the other. Does that seem logical? We even showed her that when we placed an order online, it sells the stones as a set for the same price as she was trying to sell us a SINGLE stone for. After we showed her all past receipts and even their own online store and the process where it sells them as a set, she then told us, and I quote "I've dealt with difficult customers like you before, you just need call customer service." She refused to call higher level management or even her own customer service to get clarification.
After being insulted like this, we left, called customer service the next morning and wouldn't you know, they said the stones are sold as a set for their earrings and the store management was in the wrong. Refund was issued for the overcharge wand was told store management would get a talking to/coaching. If you have bought a pair of earrings here recently, check your receipts to make sure you weren't overcharged...

When I entered the store, there were two employees, one was ringing someone up, and one was talking to an applicant who had obviously brought in her resume. No big deal, I wandered around a little bit, then sort of stood by the birthstone area because that's what I wanted to get my daughter. The employee who was talking to the applicant just walked straight by me into the back room without acknowledging me after she was done. Again, no big deal if she can't help me, but to not even say hi when I've already been wandering around the store for about 10 minutes is sort of weird. Then the employee who had been ringing someone up went and helped a customer who had just walked in the store even though I had been in there a lot longer. I still waited for about another 10 to 15 minutes, and was never even greeted. So I walked down the hall to Pandora where I ended up spending $400 and people actually spoke to me and acknowledged my existence. I've bought a crap ton of stuff from Kendra Scott before, although not at this location. Definitely won't be...

Fantastic customer service where the employee immediately helped my daughter look at and try on different jewelry and made wonderful suggestions. We let the staff know how pleasant this experience was versus our experience a year ago. It seems as if there is new management in the store because the experiences were so incredibly different. We are so glad that this Kendra Scott location has once again become a pleasant and enjoyable experience as it was in years past.
August/October 2020: Love the jewelry but the customer service has been horrible in my past 2 visits in August 2020 and October 2020. 3 employees working. Not one employee greeted us or offered to help us during our visit. When we purchased earrings, the employee we hunted down was going to bag up the floor sample rather then get us a new pair. It was a bizarre and unpleasant...
