first of all me and my boyfriend went together and were looking around we had no bags with us just my wallet and the workers or owners were accusing us of stealing just because we were teenagers. we are 16 and 17 we both had jobs and money. the whole time they were watching us whispering very loudly “watch these two because they are gonna steal” as we were the only ones in the store. we left because i was uncomfortable and just wanted to buy a crystal. we went back a different day the same thing happened but i bought a crystal they charged me for the wrong one that was 5 dollars more when i went back to go fix it. they sat there and said that they were right and i don’t know any of my crystals. as i have my own crystal collection and research them. we never went back but there prices are insane for just a little tumble with a chain on it is like 48 dollars or just a crystal bracelet is around 30 to 40. when i go to crystal shops that have the same thing for 12 dollars. they are rude and not very welcoming...

My friends and I walked into the store today to take a look around. As we were walking around I picked up a rock, handed it to my friend so he could see how heavy it was because I thought it was interesting, and he put it right back. A worker came up to me saying I need to put the rock back even though I did not have it. So after feeling uncomfortable from that situation we decided to leave but we were stopped at the door and told that this was going to the police. Because we knew we had done nothing wrong we told them to watch the cameras and see we did not take anything. A while later we came back to the store and my friend bought the same rock that we were accused of stealing and the employees acted as if nothing had happened. This interaction was a terrible experience and ruined the rest of my experience at the mall. I would not recommend coming into this store as a young person because they seem to automatically discriminate against people due to their...

It was amazing. I walked in and saw beautiful collections for MANY price ranges not overpriced. I got 2 individual crystals (beautiful and real) for a great price. I will be coming back many times. 😁 I cannot believe somewhere so amazing was right in front of my eyes and I did not notice until today!! Edit: Thank you so much!! I went in with a person who was skeptical about crystals but we are coming back Saturday to get them one!!!

Edit (again): I came in with a gift card and the two women working there were so kind in helping me shop. They also have a 10-dollar section at the back if you do not want to spend a lot. I just cannot recommend this...
