Love this store, the selection is beautiful. Unfortunately the customer service is not what I expected which sucks because I truly love the company. I think they should carefully select who works at their store because it could jeopardize sales and conversion. My husband and I were so excited but the worker was rude and I had to write a review because she left us with a bad energy- thinking about our experience even hours after leaving. The worker had blonde hair and short of Latina descent - I would describe her as grumpy, rude and not amicable at all. I truly wish to come back but I’ll shop online for now because my energy is everything to me. Please relay this to the worker I truly feel she has to be talked to.

This is a cool shop, great curation and they get a lot of the best drops, however their first come first serve policy is poorly enforced. I sat in front of the store for ~3.5 hours before a drop and some kids showed up 10 minutes before opening and cut the entire line. The store manager (or whoever was running it) wouldn’t deal with it either, happily allowing them in despite 20 or so of us who had been waiting all morning explaining that they just showed up (one of the kids even had on the shoes that were dropping because he had been to another store’s release). I was able to get my shoes still, but the way this was handled and blatant disregard for those of us waiting really killed the joy of getting a new shoe. While i’ll still buy from this shop, it will be the last place I go for drops...

Online order arrived horribly, ridiculously damaged. The box was fine so the damage was not due to the shipping company, there was just no packaging inside.

Sent them pictures, requested a return, and they basically said they don't care and refuse to replace the items.

I highly recommend ordering whatever you are looking for from someone else if you want it to...
