I placed a pick up order for some Jordanās for my nephews bday on March 10th. I waited over 24 to receive an email to pick up order as I was instructed to do. 48 hours later I called the store and asked about my order the employee at the store said to me it had been shipped. I said I needed this for a bday or thats why I ordered pick up. They said well it was shipped. I asked how long will it be they said 2-3 days I said ok fine. One week later I receive a phone call from the store asking me when was I going to pick up my order?! I said are you serious you guys told me it was shipped! She (the employee) said I donāt know your order is here. I said Iām pregnant I canāt go I was relying on my planned pick up then on shipping. I said you need to get my order to me immediately! Today it is the 19th I still donāt have my order. This is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service! I paid $200 dollars for this? Very unhappy with this store!
