The planning process for order the flowers were decent. You can either go in person or over the phone. However I am greatly disappointed about the communication for my wedding day. I am the bride so I was very communicative in the beginning regarding flower design and delivery. When my wedding day came I was busy getting ready, The driver was an hour late for delivery and did not call me. Then when they came because they were late we were doing our rehearsal without the flowers on! They put the flower on my arch lopsided and then left. When I went to go get my bridal bouquet it was not like anything I had requested. I communicated to Robinson 1pm deliver and all white bride boutique y. They were over an hour late and my bouquet was not white at all. Not to mention my flower arch is not even on right! (Photo below) By the time I came out to my wedding the driver was gone and I could not do anything about it. I called Robinson to discuss refunds after and my disappointment and he said because I used it I will get no refund. He also said if it wasn’t right I should’ve told them on-site that the flowers were wrong.. I am the bride and had absolutely no time! This is disappointing, beware if you order flowers and it comes not as expected you’re still responsible. I am greatly disappointed in their service. Amazing!!!! I have called on Nora twice. I found Blooming Flowers by chance when they were delivering a beautiful arrangment for a funeral. From there i was in contact with Nora from being to end of our order. She took amazing care of us and handled our request with such kindness. She helped us pay tribute to my amazing uncle who we all knew as our Superman. The flowers were gorgeous and on time. She made everything so easy. Absolutely stunning work! We came here and ordered flowers for our wedding. Centerpieces, bouquets, floral arch, and flower garland for our sweetheart table. Everything came out so beautifully and everyone was so nice. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and also return back to them in the future when I need arrangements. Also the pricing was the best we found!
