Orkizz — Local services in Los Angeles

I’ve been coming to Orkizz for years and usually send my assistant to pick up a large amount of orchids from them . Today I came in myself, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The woman working in the front — short, with glasses — was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. When I tried asking for assistance, she walked away to the back instead of addressing my questions.

The gentleman who usually helps is professional and pleasant, but this is not the first time I’ve experienced rude customer service from her, and it makes me not want to continue doing business here. On top of that, the music in the store is uncomfortably loud, which makes it difficult to communicate — for a place specializing in orchids, a more calm and welcoming atmosphere would be expected.

Ugh I really thought I would have such a good experience here because once I walked in the place looked very organized but it was everything but that. Things are marked at certain prices but are changed once you get to the register and employees get extremely rude and disrespectful when you ask why. They are very unorganized when it comes to helping customers at the register and don't care to ring up people who have been in line first. I really just wouldn't recommend this...

I have been obsessed with orchids for years. I found this place and went in randomly,however it gave me lots of surprise. They have a lot of different colors of orchids. Especially their orchids arrangement were very unique and could not be found anywhere else.
