I have come to this nail salon for many years... I have also written good reviews for this place, until now... Every time I have come I have seen an issue with other customers. But I kept coming because it did not affect me. If you come here early morning they for the most part open about 30 min after there posted time. All the employees I’ve dealt with have been good. Except Andy, I have seen him yell at other customers. And every time he has done my nails or I see him do someone else’s he has to take a cigarette break every 5 min he leaves you there without saying anything. His customer service skills are terrible. I have given him the benefit of the doubt so many times always thinking maybe the customer was just difficult. Until now I went in about 1:00 pm they probably had a couple of chairs full with a customer and like 1 person waiting . I let the guy in the front know I wanted a full set and he stood there thinking to what I thought was on how he could accommodate me then Andy was quick to say not today come tomorrow. No explanation , nothing. I understand that they could of had appointments, I understand maybe they were busy. But it was 1 pm they had another 6+ hours before they closed, 1 person waiting. They could have said wait time is long if you don’t mind waiting . But no... I drove there for nothing. I wouldn’t of mind waiting there. I didn’t even bother asking why, I just left to another nail shop got my full set, toes, and eyebrows. Never coming back here again. I came in 2 weeks before I was set to get a manicure because I saw the shop being built. I told the lady I wear my real nails and they look like fake nails but they're real and I need someone who can do my nails with care. She told Annie or Kevin would be the best choice for those types of nails. I felt she was a little cold after. When it was time to get my nails done I called and made my appointment. I asked for Annie or Kevin and they booked the appointment with someone different when I arrived. I told the woman that these were my real nails. She gave my a smart and cold reply, almost like "so". It took me 6 months to grow my nails out after someone filed them too low. Once she started everything was moving along normally until she flipped my hand over to "clean" the nails and filed my real nails on the inside. I started pouting because I realized that she had thinned out the nails and no other technician has ever done that on my real nails. The woman who did my feet was coughing and then took her mask off and gloves and started massaging my feet with her bare hands. Now after 6 months of no issues, 4 of my nails have broken. This experience was so bad it was genuinely laughable. I booked acrylic gel french tip mani and white gel polish pedi for a 2PM appointment. The two men up front were so rude, rough and unwelcoming. They charged me $97 and when I asked why the pricing was that way, he rudely said, "what do you mean WHY“ and stared at me blankly. He did a terrible job on my nails. I don’t need to explain, the pictures speak for themselves. When I tried speaking up during the process, he played dumb like they were perfect and I was being rude. I felt really uncomfortable and, at my own fault, just let him finish. The women here were lovely except the one older woman that kept coming over to socialize with the two rude men. I couldn’t believe it. I felt dumb because I hadn’t looked at any of the bad reviews like I normally do, just took a chance. I’ve only seen bad nails like this online. It was super disappointing. And they still got my $97. The lady that did my pedicure was great, I gave her a $20 tip especially because the lady she was working on before me was so rude. Don’t...
