I will keep a long story short and simply say they have long way to go in meeting customer expectations. A brand of this caliber should deliver at minimum mid-tier service. I’m buying limited edition shoes not a replica of a million. The service should reflect that - of all the stores I’ve visited with the brand, expectations have only been met 25% of the time. My visit to Melrose place and the service I received by the lovely, Josh, was the only reason I didn’t part ways with the brand.
