Update #2: I finally got my resized ring after about 7 weeks. I love it, it fit perfect. As conclusion, if you decide to buy your ring at VRAI choose wisely your size. Don't deal with service after your purchase because it is hassle. Especially if your buying V shape ring (they don't have it all sizes to try in showrooms), buy size down. I bought my as 6.25, and I had to resize it to 5.5. I like their rings, and quality, service in showroom was nice, but service after horrible. I had never had reply to my email from the person, who replied me for one of my reviews. Im changing mu rating from 1 start to 3 stats because i love my ring, and i finally get it, but i didn't like service during my resizing. Update: I got email from representative a week ago. They was so sorry, and they said that they will ship my ring NO LATER than May 9th. Now is May 10th. As always, i didn't get any update, and still don't have my ring. Have no idea what is going on, and kind of stressing out. It has been 6 weeks already. I emailed to the email was provided for this review during the week, but i have never had response on that. I got a gift they sent my by the way. It was nice neckless. So bad I like only white color of gold, but still it was nice. To be honest, I really not sure what i should do with my purchase here. My fiance spent all this money, and I don't have a ring.

Service is not good in this company. Me and my fiance (that time my boyfriend) went to their showroom to try V shape rings i like online. When we went there Service was good. Don't remember the name of assistant who helped us, but she was nice. They didn't have a rings Vshape of my size, also, no ring of V shape with princess cut i want, so they just gave me Standart ring size measurements to try (regular, not V shape). I'm usually size 6-6.25. So, we ordered my engagement ring size 6.25 with their measurements. Basically, I just had to imagine how my ring will look. I could just order it online, and didn't drive 1h 30 min to showroom. Well, anyway... I got my ring pretty fast, would say couple weeks. When I got my ring I like it, but it was way bigger, like whole size. I could just shake my hand and it will easily slip out. With their company you have one free resizing for one year. Because showroom so far from me (I was thinking they will resize there), I decided to go to jewelry store close to me and pay money to do it. The store looked at my ring and said that they cannot do it because of the size of the diamond. So, I had to go to Vrai anyway. By calling them, I found out that I can drop my ring to their showroom and they will send it to NJ to resize it, or I can send it Fedex to NJ by myself. I sent it by myself because it was easier for me. After I sent it, I had no updates or emails from them, that they get it. Just at their first email it was says it can take up to 5 weeks. I contacted them week after I send it, to see if they get it, and everything OK. By the way they got it next day because it was overnight shipment. Someone replied my that yes, they got it, and told me like "do you remember we said it will takes up to 5 weeks?". Like I'm stupid. Well, they got it, good. Today is exactly 5 weeks since, I have no info about where is my ring, what is going on, nobody update me about anything. I emailed them at morning, no response so far. Definitely my ring still is not ready. I have no idea what is going on with that. Horrible service. If I knew I would go other store. Their Service is not what we paid for. We paid over 3k to continue asked them for update. It is not serious company. Looks like care only about money...I will never recommend this...

My boyfriend and I set up an appointment with VRAI's showroom on Melrose. Honestly, we were just starting our engagement ring research journey but my partner and I agreed that we didn't want any blood diamonds so we were open to lab-grown diamonds.

Prior to our appointment, we received an email confirming our appointment a few days before along with directions to their location. Nice touch, since we needed the reminder.

Parking was easy, we found some street parking off Melrose with a 1.5 hour meter paid. We went to our appointment and met with our Diamond Expert, Jocelyn C., who was an absolute joy to work with. She immediately gave us waters and pulled out some rings that my boyfriend and I liked.

Jocelyn gave us a ton of insight into VRAI's philosophy, including the fact that VRAI creates sustainably created, lab made diamonds. What was even more impressive though was that she shared VRAI has zero mining and zero emissions based on the way they go about making the diamonds. This definitely helped my boyfriend and I feel good about working with VRAI, but on top of it, we loved the education on all the unique ways we can build our engagement ring. My boyfriend and I unanimously fell in love with a beautiful marquise diamond ring, and we stupidly assumed we could put a card down and walk out with the same showroom ring - we seriously loved it that much.

Turns out every ring is uniquely made to order so my engagement ring will be only worn by me and not the coupled hundred thousand fingers that have touched these rings before me. Oh.

Jocelyn patiently walked us through all our different ways to customize our ring, and we loved how thorough she was with explaining everything and showing us all the different settings, sizes and shapes that the ring can go. We also had a great time sharing our love story with Jocelyn and she was incredibly attentive and straight up fun. My boyfriend and I even got a chance to look at our various ring wedding band options and even settled on a wedding band for me. Quick, easy and we got it all done under 1.5 hours so we made it to our meter with plenty of time.

My husband and I had just gotten married and hadn't had much time before our elopement. He had just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I also just found out I was also pregnant. In order to have the ring for the ceremony, I had just ordered one online after visiting a Vrai competitor. After wearing the ring for a little bit it was clear the size was too large. Unfortunately the same week as our wedding we also found out the embryo wasn't viable.

When I came into Vrai, I thought I might even be too late and I had missed the return/resizing date because of everything we had had going on. Thankfully Kate was the one who helped me, she quickly saw the size issue, was able to help me find a better size, return my old ring and advise me on what to do so I could get a ring again quickly. She made the experience really easy and even enjoyable for me which I greatly appreciated given everything else we had going on. Additionally, just a few days later I was so surprised to receive a package from Vrai with a gift.

Would highly recommend visiting Vrai and asking for Kate to help you! After the summer we've had it was so nice to be helped by someone so helpful and understanding and also purchase something from a business that clearly still cares about their...
