Kreation Juicery & Avoholic Bar - Melrose Place — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Love this place and it pains me to give it such a low rating but after my last experience there I felt I needed to share and warn others to make sure to really inspect the food that they’re selling no matter WHAT the date label says. Had to throw away a portion of my lunch yesterday because of black mold on my food. I saw a few black specks on the pickled hard boiled eggs inside my glass jar salad and when I pointed it out to the worker (who was super sweet btw) he said maybe it was seasoning because it was dated to be good until he 19th (purchased on the 15th). I’m very disappointed with Kration because of their lack of attention to detail when it comes to the quality and freshness of the food they’re offering for consumption. What sucked was the other jar next to it also had black specks hence, why I believed the guy when he said it was probably pepper or something. When it was time for my lunch break I was way too hungry and tired to walk back to return knowing they didn’t have anything fresher… so that really blows. I also work at a store around the corner on Melrose and asked if they offered a local discount because I was going there almost everyday and they said yes hit that I would have to get a card from them. So I signed up and checked after almost two weeks one lady working there said some people get denied lol I’m just like… ok. I went in to get my usual smoothie from kreation today on melrose place. When I walked out I took a sip of my awake smoothie and noticed that it tasted flavorless & watered down. I went back inside and told the lady that it doesn’t taste like usual and if she could remake it. The worker took the smoothie from my hand & aggressively throws it away. She then calls another worker over and tells them to remake it for me! I left kreation with such a bad feeling and was very upset at how the girl turned from being so nice to so angry in a moment. They should definitely reconsider who they hire because I am not going back to get my smoothies from melrose place again, I felt so uncomfortable and don’t feel like it’s ok to get this type of treatment...

As a pregnant lady who craved a fresh juice and had a sensitive stomach, I asked for orange, strawberry, and carrot juice. Instead, I got carrot 3x and some green leaves with few strawberries. I told the cashier that the ingredients are not correct ( since the one who is working on the juice didn’t speak english), he spoke with her and she confirmed the ingredients are the same original request WHILE this is not what I saw nor tasted afterwards! Couldn’t drink it and it ruined the experience as well as my stomach!

The workers here need to take their job more seriously and be as accurate as possible, such decisions ruin customers full day not...
