AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS! I have been a loyal client of Ms.Vivian Riddick's for well over a decade. When she worked for the firm prior to Gaiawer & Kaplan, she informed me that she was leaving them and going with a new firm, to which i followed. I've sent Graiwer & Kaplan well over 25 potential/new clients. Ms.Vivian Riddick has represented me in a total of 3 work related cases. In the past i believed in her work and viewed her to be an honest person. First, I thought she actually cared for her clients. I am now seeing her for who she truly is. She is unprofessional and quite frankly, rude at times. She uses profain language when she speaks to me in general and has disrespected me by yelling at me over the phone when she doesnt agree with my requests or concerns. She is now displaying this type of behavior toward me because i have questions, and concerns about the status of my on-going case. She hasn't returned any of my calls or emails. Fabiola, her legal secretary, also doesn't return phone calls nor emails. I have made attempts to speak with the "higher ups" Grawier & Kaplan and Accosicates, in which the front desk then places me on a brief hold to when Fabiola then appears on the line. Again, no Ms.Vivian Riddick! My doctor has reached out to their office countless times, in my presence, and ALWAYS gets their voice-mail service or verbally leaves a message with the receptionist. My doctors have yet to be paid for the services rendered. My doctor has also requested medical reports and CT scans in order to properly treat me and all my injured body parts, which she's NEVER received from this firm. Unfortunately, my now former doctor, was forced to decline futher Healthcare and PT because of this. I don't understand what the reason for this is, but I am always told that Ms. Riddick WILL return my call. I have no clue what is going on with my case. I am totally in the dark about everything. When I've asked her questions in the past, she deviates and or gives me false hope. When I've reminded her of what she's stated previously, that is when she begins to raise her voice and speak to me like a child getting disciplined. She back pedals on alI that she's stated. Ms. Riddick is aware that i refuse to settle for the amount she claims has been offered by my previous employer.i have made this very clear this to Ms Riddick. That is when she begins to display rudeness, frustration and contradiction over the phone. I DID NOT consent to any settlement nor do I have any knowledge on the status of my case. I will not stop here, I will be taking this to BAR...

I have been a client of Mrs. Riddick's for several years. I have been nothing but completely satisfied with her transparency and professionalism towards myself and others. My satisfaction with Mrs Riddick and her work has led me to refer numerous individuals to her whom have all conveyed their gratitude for helping them acquire such capable service that has went above and beyond expectations. Mrs. Riddick has even taken the time to respond to my emails on the weekends at times, which I know she does not have to do. That just shows the amount of professionalism, and personal attention you can expect when dealing with such wonderful representation. I would totally double the stars if I could, solely based on my dealings with Mrs. Riddick. Not everyone will feel the same, but they will not all have the same situation nor will they admit their involvement in the issues they face.
