La Rosa de Saron Garden — Local services in Los Angeles

Unfortunately for my event this florist Lorena, did not come thru. With the flower arrangements I ordered , paid in full and got absolutely nothing close to it.

It is really unfortunate that people like this take advantage, especially knowing that at the time of delivery there is not much you can do. And not to mention her team arrived extremely late- they were supposed to arrive at 2pm , they arrived almost at 5 pm - They had to put the horrible, old and dry flower arrangement while people was already sitting down.

Aside from providing the place with color Swatches, inspo pictures, I received total different colors, flowers and not to mention dry and old flowers. Not one person took the flower arrangement home ! It was extremely difficult and I was heartbroken because I Put my trust and faith in her ! Be aware people not only of her but of any other vendors that you hire to be part of your event. Just remember at time Of delivery there is not much you can do.

And the only reason it’s a one star is because I can not proceed with out putting at least one .

But most definitely- I have to give it a -10 !

Disappointing Experience with vendor name La Rosa De Saron Garden - Failed to Deliver on Wedding Decorations

I'm writing this review to share my disappointing experience with vendor La Rosa De Saron Garden whom we hired for our wedding florals and decorations. Despite paying in full upfront, they failed to meet our agreed-upon expectations.

Specifically: Contrary to our request, fake flowers were used in multiple arrangements, including my bouquets and sweetheart table. Some flowers were dead, including part of my bridesmaids flowers, tip of my bouquets; further compromising the overall aesthetic. The envisioned decorations were not executed as discussed.

When we addressed these issues post-wedding, the vendor's response was underwhelming, attributing the problems to the heat and claiming they "tried." As a professional florist, I expect more attention to detail and quality, especially on a couple's special day.

Wedding Coordinator point of view:

I did a wedding where the couple booked her as the florist. The staff brought the florals with stands for the aisles at the ceremony. The florals already looked a little wilted when they arrived. The staff said they weren’t going to stay and transfer those florals to the ceremony to be repurposed as the centerpieces at the reception - which was originally the plan. They had floral for the couple’s ceremony arch and didn’t bring a ladder nor felt comfortable to put the floral that was purchased on top of the arch. Also, they didn’t feel comfortable putting drape on that arch as well.

It’s unfair to the couple who booked her services and products. As a wedding coordinator, I had to pick up their slack - transfer the florals from ceremony to reception, setup/strike the arch, setup/strike the drapes.
