Ok so initially I wanted black nails until I saw thos slytherin coded nail art and color. Its platho green (may not be spelled correctly) and I shared it to their i.g. When someone says "the techs will take care of you" that to me means in that moment that the equipment is there and you understand the assignment. I went day off and not only did they do a semi decent job on my nails. They didn't have the color or the top coat I asked for in advanced. Which is a glow in the dark uv activated top coat.

Mind you to make my reservation I went inside the shop a week or so in advanced to book it. They couldn't find me so I had to call and book online (the gag is there menu online has no details so your guessing on what you want), and they will tell you that the techs will take care of you but they dont know what there inventory is. After I made a bad review the manager calls me close to closing time and we have a loud and heated argument outside the shop and he asks like he can't see and then tells me after I confront him on the menu on the booking link, their wix website and their Instagram that there is no detailed menu. Oh we dont do that. So some of this is my fault so learn from my mistake and dont pay in advanced and ask for more detail or you will be scammed out of money.

Still they didn't offer to fix it nor at that point did I want them to touch me I just wanted my money back. He of course refused and that was the end of it. Fast forwarding they messed up my cuticles, one of my fingers hurt, my feet are still rough after they did what they did and still no money back in my pocket. Respectfully though if your expurence with them was good im happy for you. However, I wont be going back and I would book carefully and maybe go in the shop to see the menu and...

I’ve been going to this nail salon for 2 years and can honestly say it’s not the best salon. I kept going because I wanted to be a loyal customer, but the quality of the work has declined significantly. My nails never used to pop off which is why I liked this salon. Every time I’ve gotten a set in the last 6 months, my nails pop off like crazy and gems fall off after a day or two. It’s a very stressful environment to be in as well. I always show the manicurist which design I want in a photo. She always says yes we have the material/color/technique for it. It never turns out to be close to the picture (I always spend at least 3-4 hours there because they have to redo my nails). The lady that does my nails, Sandy, had the nerve to yell me because she said I was making it too hard for her. What?! All I did was ask for a certain design (cat eye French tip) which she could’ve said no to. I had to ask that she remove the color and do a different design since she couldn’t accomplish the original design I asked for. I felt disrespected and as a person who works in customer service, I felt the quality of the service is poor. It’s been multiple times that I had this issue with her. Just a huge waste of time. I even had a herniated disk and alerted her about it. She didn’t have any sympathy for the fact that I had to sit for a long time which hurt my back a lot. I will be looking for new salons to go to. What a shame. I really love being a...

Let me just say—Nails on 9th is THAT spot! If you’re in Downtown LA and not coming here, you’re seriously missing out. From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered. The energy is cute, chill, and they hand you a mimosa like you’re VIP—because clearly, you are!

Now let’s talk about KIM—she gave me the most detailed pedicure of my life. This woman is seriously a perfectionist in the best possible way. Every little detail, every corner of my nails, every callus (sorry, TMI)—handled with care like she was restoring a masterpiece. She’s super anal (and I mean that lovingly) and doesn’t stop until your toes are giving top-tier beauty. My feet feel SO soft and smooth, and they legit look brand new.

Then came ANNIE for my nails—girl is a machine! Fast, efficient, and still super precise. I blinked and my nails were DONE—and stunning! No bubbles, no weird shapes, no uneven polish. Just clean, fresh, flawless nails that I can’t stop staring at. She knew exactly what I wanted and nailed it (pun fully intended).

The whole experience? Vibes on vibes. Clean salon, friendly staff, great music, and did I mention the mimosas again? Because yes—mimosas.

10/10 experience. I left feeling like a brand-new woman. Already planning my next visit. Do yourself a favor and book with Kim and Annie—you’ll...

Worst nail experience I have ever had. I have glue and acrylic all down the sides of my fingers. She was not listening to instruction when I said what length I wanted she just did what she wanted. Has filed the skin so much it was burning with anything she put in them. She didn’t care at all about how anything felt. She ripped my previous nails off with force and no technique. This is not how I have ever had nails removed before and I can assume it’s because it was extremely painful. I am here on holiday and am utterly disappointed and now also in a lot of discomfort. For anyone looking for more than just polish I would suggest to stay well away. They have no skill at all in acrylics I don’t know how they can be qualified nail technicians. I will now have to try and find somewhere else to fix what they have done

I had to go back for a fix because they started cracking after 1 week. They fixed it but still charged me and not even a week later another nail has cracked. I went in to get an overlay but ny nails are now thin brittle and wasn’t break after the nail tech filed them completely off under the acrylic which is why they are all breaking. My nails usually last a month before I get a fill. These nails are so brittle. I hate them. Pink is the after the fix. Design is the first set and 5 nails had to be fixed. All of this in less than a month
