Worst service everrrrr! I practice magic & came for supplies. All the candles can be bought at indio or Nu botanic for a 10th of the cost. The staff was beyond rude and I think put a jinx on me out of jealousy. The new black gay guy was Extremely Nice and helpful but the other girls were racist and Sarcastic and rude for no Reason. I spent a lot of money and came to the conclusion that the entire staff is overworked and underpaid. Not to mention the candles look like a 5th grade art project. Shop in Huntington Park for real Santeria spells and on Alvarado for many many Botanicas with knowledgeable staff. I posed several simple questions and each one was answered incorrectly. Then was told they have 1,600 oils and she couldn't remember. and that all spell items come from the book of shawdows. Well our secrets aren't in a book I told her then she switched and says ours aren't either . This is a touristy spot or gimmicks if you will. I wish to return my products bit it says no refunds. As with any place that offers a certain type of service, there may be items that sell like the proverbial "hotcakes", items that can be found on an "as needed" basis & some items that have got "your name all over it"!
