I’ve never posted a negative review before cause nothing bothers me much. Today that changed! I was in the middle of my service when my nail tech said she needed to help her regular who walked in with a broken nail. My tech had finished my finger nails and not even started on my pedicure. I figured it wouldn’t take long, but it ended up being 20+ min wait while my services were interrupted. This was my first time coming to Oh La La Nails & Spa and I am beyond impressed! Gina did my nails and Tracy did my pedicure -- both were absolutely amazing. You can tell they're truly passionate about what they do. They took their time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure I left completely happy. I honestly can't express enough how much I love my nails! The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was kind, and the overall experience was top-notch. They definitely gained a returning customer! It was a good nail salon, but I don't think I'll return, as it was too expensive for me and I ended up spending $125+$25 tip for a Mani/Pedi. But I did get a full set with gel so that made it a little more expensive. But they also missed a couple spots on getting the original red polish off of my nails, so it doesn't look as good as it could have had she gotten all of my prior polish off. She could've done a better job for the money I paid. . . What's a little extra nail polish remover and cotton?...
