Virgo — Local services in Los Angeles

Used to love this store and spent a lot of money here, would even recommend it to friends. Came back to check it out after I moved out of LA. Experience was very different. One gentleman was super nice and helpful, another woman working was nice then became very rude and suspicious of my friend and I for some reason?? She had her eyes locked on us and then proceeded to stand by the entrance. It was very off putting so I decided not to purchase anything. As we tried to leave she accused my friend of stealing and asked her to expose her pockets. Even after she did she proceeded to pat her down to be sure! I get the precaution to make sure no one is stealing but with her eyes locked on us it should have been obvious if someone took something? The fact that she thought it was ok to physically touch my friend without asking was a bit extreme. We were so taken back that we just walked out. The woman did apologize and said stealing has happened at the store before but I DO NOT think it was ok or appropriate for her to touch my friend even after she emptied her pockets like she asked, we were nothing but compliant and she took it a little too far. I will definitely not...
