What an amazing juxtaposition! How can a company so thoughtful of the ingredients in their products be so careless with customer service? There is only 1 way to contact them. Via email, which they say may take up to 5 days to get a response back AND they ask you not to send multiple messages. Additionally, the one telephone number I found for them (both on the Better Business Bureau website and Google Reviews) states that the voice mailbox hasn't been set up yet!!! Is this a joke!? I'm a skin care fiend and i've tried everything out there and i honestly think this is my favorite skin care line. My skin fluctuates between dry and breakouts and i deal with redness. When I started using the adaptogen moisturizer and i was getting daily compliments on my skin. It didn't feel greasy or heavy like other moisturizers i've tried and i noticed pretty drastic visible changes in my skin almost overnight, redness down, super soft and dewy tone and no breakouts, my boyfriend even told me he thought I looked younger. Product took longer than expected to arrive. When it arrived it was in a box far larger than necessary for a 2oz container, yet still arrived completely smashed due to poor packaging. The refund process was very onerous and they did not refund the shipping charge. So I've lost $8 and a lot of time for nothing. I've purchased their products previously elsewhere, but figured I'd try direct. At least refund the shipping fee if you make a mistake. Lost me...
