The service I had was TERRIBLE. I paid my deposit back in April couch was delivered on May11th 1 payment was taken out May 11th I told them to keep my payment which was to be applied to my next payment. Andrew let me know that I won’t have another payment come due until June 1st. I wake up May 13tt ANOTHER payment came out ! I called at 11:45 am spoke with Michael he said the payment couldn’t be reversed but will have AMANDA call me. NEVER GOT A CALL. Called back at 4:30 AMANDA say oohhh we can allow your next payment to be JUNE 1st mind you Andrew already told me my next payment will be due June 1st for the 1st mistake ! She kept talking over me being rude so I hung up went to the store now it’s “your getting charged plus late fees!!!””” How do I have late fees and I just had this couch 2DAYS!!! Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The staff have lost the care and compassion for their customers and simply see us inconveniences. Being in the customer service field myself I take this store as a reminder to what I never want to be like towards a customer. Me personally I was downgraded, belittled, then when I asked to speak to a manager even he greeted me with the same blunt disrespect. After serving my country in the United States Army I feel myself, as well as every other customer deserve to be treated like not only important customers, but human beings as well. Whoever hired this new crew for this location clearly has never sat down and got to know them. What a waste...

I will never purchase another thing through this place. After losing two of my children within 18 months of each other, I got behind a payment or two after paying for two funerals. And even though I was in CONSTANT communication with them, they STILL harrased every one of my references MULTIPLE times a day.

They banged on my door at VERY early hours several times waking my profoundly disabled son. They have the understanding of a sack of hair, the manners of a toddler, and the compassion of a gnat. I took a payday loan just so I could pay off my account and never have to deal with these inhumane pieces of garbage again.

NEVER again will I deal with this horrific company. EVER.
