I normally don't comment on my experiences. But this one topped the cake to be so bad that it forced my hand. I was asked to allow my son to be in my cousin's wedding recently. I wedding that was outside of the US. When we went for the fitting we were told that it would cost $350 to rent the suit even though my cousin was initially quoted $250. Which to me i could have easily both a suit for that price. The people there were not exactly friendly on my first visit. but my child was measured and we moved on. I was not told when to pick up the suit, or when it needed to be returned. However the dates were listed on the receipt, although i will say that i didn't even see that until the day i picked up the suit.(which was a day after the rental period began) It said that it had a return date for the Monday. As i said the wedding was on Saturday and it was out of the country. In any case, I can say that when i went to pick up the suit I was asked to try it on. But since i was leaving the country the next morning, i honestly didn't have time to try it on there and apparently the alterations person left at 6. It was 5:30 when i stopped in. To make a long story short the pants were not long enough. But we dealt with it because it was my choice not to try it on there. Anyway my son wore the suit twice. Once to try it on and then for the wedding. When we returned to the US, i fell sick. I didn't actually leave the house for 10 days. Since I'm a single parent so i was the only person who could of actually taken the suit back I took the suit back on the first opportunity and was charged $180 for a late fee. When i explained that I was sick and wasn't able to return it earlier I was told, it didn't matter that they didn't set the return times and there was nothing they could do. Read moreMy fiancé and I went here to pick out his suit for our wedding. The gentleman was nice and helped my fiancé out with all of his questions. We told him we also wanted to buy a shirt and tie so he showed us the section to look and helped us find the right color shirt to match our wedding colors. They didn’t have his size in stock, so the gentleman told us he was going to put in an order for the right size and it’ll be in the store the same time his suit arrives. I thought everything was going great, my fiancé paid for the suit, tie and shirt and we were told he was going to get a call when he could pick up the suit. So finally he gets the call (right on time, awesome!) well our happy moment turned into a very angry and upsetting moment because his suit came in just fine, but the guy NEVER ORDERED THE SHIRT!!! My fiancé PAID for a shirt that the guy never ordered and the kicker is that we fly out for our wedding in 4 DAYS! The gentleman there when my fiancé picked up his suit (different guy then when we picked out the suit) said he was going to call all the men’s warehouses locally to see if they can just get a shirt from another location and have it to us by tomorrow, but he couldn’t guarantee anything. Resized me went back to pick them up. The one guy told me I can get my pants hemmed the same night the other guys said I couldn’t so I got measured up for hemmingmy pants and they said come back in two days, got a confirmation thru email the pants are done. Sent my wife back out there to pick them up. They wasn’t hemmed and they said your husband has to be here to get measured up. So she brought them back not noting better. I got home and called them expressed that my pants are not hemmed and you did measure me already. They said I was right to come back and will hemm them this is the day before the wedding I told them I just want my money back that I paid for hemming them and they told me I’d have to drive all the way back to get my money back.
