Very disappointed. She seems nice but didn’t do what she said she would. She is not honest or trustworthy and I would not go to her.

Good hair cut on the lower portion of my hair but terrible job on the bangs, she offered to “cut more.” It wasn’t anything like what I showed her, given the job she did it did not want her to cut any more. She did not seem to take any pride in her work or care about the outcome, she rushed through everything, color and cut. Then left me for longer than she said she would twice, causing the appointment to take longer than it should.

Rushed and stingy Balayage. Said she could do like the picture I showed her but not as blonde, which would have been fine only she didn’t do that.

She did a “half balayage” she started halfway down and then only did half my lower hair then she tried to convince me that’s what I asked for-it wasn’t, none of the pictures I showed looked like that. They all had fully saturated ends, and started at the top. Then she did a bunch of foils just in front all the way to the root. The front pieces look ridiculous and super blonde doesn’t look good or blend with the rest at all. I’m going to have to pay someone else to fix this which is unacceptable.

When I was clearly disappointed and repeatedly expressed that she had no interest in making it right.

The agreement was a full balayage, not half.

I wasn’t going to write this, but I told a friend what happened and she suggested that I should to save another person from this price mishap. I called to set an appointment up with Tatiana after seeing a Groupon advertisement for balayage, wash and cut for $190

When I got there I was immediately told I would have to pay more for the balayage because she assumed my hair was already balayage and that I was just getting a touch up. She never asked me over the phone before the appointment, but assumed by the pictures I sent her of what I wanted my hair to look like.

She quoted me $500 as she had to do a base color “light brown” and then the balayage. Wash, cut and flat iron. She charges $65 for flat ironing service.

I opted to just do the base color, cut and blow dry for $190, but didn’t walk away loving my hair. Overall, I did not have the best experience and I feel like these prices are unreasonably high.

Absolutely terrible booking experience and salon policies. I canceled my reservation within 4 minutes of booking, due to a faulty reservation link through a Facebook webpage taking me to the wrong salon, and I was still charged a 50% cancellation fee. There was no way to confirm that the location while booking until after I made the reservation. I should have backed out when I had the chance at the first sign of suspicion. Regardless, if I had canceled my rez 30 SECONDS afterwards, for whatever reason, i would still be charged 50%.

If I had called the salon and made a reservation, then called right back to cancel, would still be charged. Ridiculous.
