John's Pass Clothing Company — Local services in Madeira Beach

I was very disappointed with your employee and manager, on 4/09. We frequent your store regularly when in town and this time my wife had a pair of pants that did not fit for $74. We paid cash and she only hoped to exchange since only 2wks. Prior when purchased there wasn't a way(we where told) to try on. She explained and gave a description of clerk working that the manager and Sales rep. New immediately, the recipient never came via e-mail. Your gender neutral employee looks at the management and say what do you think, she shrugged he then rolled his eyes and said my wife could choose another item as the size needed wasnt available and a fan of your store was thankful for that, however after watching them hang it back up had already inspected it she went on to choose another 7items to purchase after 10mins. was approached by manager and said they changed they're mind without reason, very dumbfounded and offended she decided not to even purchase the other 7items. As i watched her devastated by there actions i watched your employees circle to then conversate (gossip) upset me i sadly gave the manager the pants to keep. We look forward visiting your store when in town and after that display of cruelty and my wifes tears knowing we support your business a great deal wont happen again. I just dont wish this treatment on anyone and hope its addressed. Thank you...

I loved everything this store carries but as others have mentioned - annoying staff. My husband liked a shirt and the girl who latched herself on to us said oh that shirt runs small. Very know it all. Well she doesn’t know it all - it ran big. She kept pushing these other shirts on us that were completely irrelevant to what we were interested in ( I told her multiple times we didn’t like a shirt she thought was similar but was not even close to the one he liked). We left. Probably would have dropped a lot of money here (their stuff is cute!!) but that girl was over bearing and annoying!! Are you worried about shop lifters? We didn’t have any bags, I don’t even carry a purse 🤷‍♀️ Do you think this is good service? Give customers room to breathe and shop! Jeez! Went to Hipnautical and shopped there where the staff is laid back and cool!! Guess what! We will be back to buy more from Hipnautical! Won’t step foot back...

This was such an adorable and nice store in John’s Pass! A lot of really nice items, lots of color and fun and feels very beach and like a vacation store.

The prices were a little unreasonable with a lot of the stuff, but it was at least nice stuff. And most of John’s Pass was a little spendier since it’s a big tourist spot so it has to be expected.

It’s mostly a women’s clothing store, but there was a side for the men too- along with that, a lot of small cutesy home decor, bracelets and a few other knick knacks. It was all so cute I had to walk out so I wouldn’t keep looking.

The people working were nice but definitely hovering a bit too much. I liked that they were attentive but could definitely see how it would feel overbearing. They did even have some kids clothing...
