Cool Style USA — Local services in Madeira Beach

Visit this store last night and my very responsible 12 year old spends her own money on this. Mind you she finds something she wants and if she still wants it the next day then only then will she spend her money on it. She takes it out to show our family on FaceTime last night and sees these stains on the back. She’s bawling, I literally was like honey no big deal we can exchange it tomorrow. The same employee that made it says there is no way it’s possible that it was like that but he’s not calling her a liar and if it was the same day then he might have. Mind you it was almost 8 when we bought it we didn’t get back to the air bnb for her to take it out of the bag until almost 10. Then says she wore it. A SWEATER IN FLORIDA HEAT IN LESS THAN 24 hours. Don't deserve any stars at all. By far they worst business I've ever delt with bought a pair of new Oakleys for 165$ within 12 hours of wearing them the o fell out of the frame. Went back to them with receipt box glasses and bag, and the guy refused to exchange them for the exact same pair , like I stated had the receipt the box the case n the bag. The receipt says no returns but can exchange up to 30 days I didn't want a return just wanted a pair that wasn't falling apart. Poor service! Avoid this store! I bought sunglasses from here while on vacation. 5 days after purchasing them one of the screws fell out and the sunglasses were unusable. I went back to the store with receipt and they would not exchange them or offer any assistance. I was told they have lifetime warranty but I had to register with the manufacturer online. I told them I’m on vacation and need a functional pair of sunglasses… they continued to tell me my only solution was to reach out to the manufacturer and file a claim. It’s only been 5 days... Do the right thing and swap the sunglasses and you contact the manufacturer and get them fixed. It would be one thing if I didn’t have a receipt or came in a month later, I bought them earlier this week… it’s a shame when businesses don’t train their employees to strive for customer satisfaction with reasonable requests and circumstances. We come to this area multiple times a year and due to the lack of service we will not patronize this...
