I’m not a picky eater at all but the burger here was just good, not great. The sweet potato fries were excellent. Wife’s nachos were gross - super cheap nacho cheese, chili with no meat (and too sweet), and salsa so they became a mushy mess. There was no meat, no shredded cheese, no sour cream, no guac. Kids quesadilla was a bit plain but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for kids who are picky eaters. Kids drink was not included and cost $3. The service was very nice, attentive and quick. Would I eat a burger here again? Yes with the expectation that it wouldn’t be great. But I would try other places first.

If you are in John's Pass Madeira Beach, do yourself a favor and find your way up to this 2nd floor secret. The service was fast, even though they were dealing with a shortage of workers, and they were super friendly. The food was hot and fresh. The burgers and chicken sandwiches were outstanding. We left stuffed. The domestic beer selection hit the spot for an afternoon pit stop (wink, add a couple craft beer options). With a view overlooking John's Pass, you'll love dining at this place.

Great service. Very nice staff. Just not my kind of food. I thought this was a burger place which is why I picked it. It's more of a wrap and grill cheese kind of place. The nachos were ok. Kind of expensive. The waitress was excellent which is why I didn't give lower score. Not at all what I was hoping for. Came for my birthday. Most likely won't visit again.

In my entire life I never turned down my plate…. But this time I had to….. 1st of all, we had to go for our 3rd choice on the menu because they did not have mushroom for the mushroom burger, they did not have flat bread for the wrap…. So we picked a hot dog for our daughter and different burgers for us ( my husband and I). When the food came, my daughters bread was hard as rock and looked rotten. My burgers bread was also not looking fresh at all and sunk in ketchup. The sweet potato fries looked delicious though but at this point we were just worried we were going to be sick if we eat there. I politely mention to the lady who was trying her best to offer a good service ( despite a huge lack of experience) that I did not felt comfortable for my family and I to eat there anymore and explained why. We did not touch any of our food but I mentioned that I wanted to pay for my drinks. She understood and pointed me in the direction of the cashier…… this is where it got really bad….. the guy called his manager on the phone and told me I ordered the food, I have to pay for it!!!!! I ask the guy to call back his manager and that I wanted to talk to him…. ( I always stayed very polite to the staff the entire time) the manager was very very rude over the phone and told me I picked this food I have to pay for it. I argued a little and said I was going to pay for my drinks only, period. The way I was treated during this few minutes was horrible….. I felt like This was all my fault…. But, I repeat, never in my life I did something like this, the reason I did was because I was not going to feed my family with something I did not felt confident about. I really had the worst experience today and when I read the other comments/ reviews I really don’t understand what happened exactly because I am not the picky type to complain, but the other reviews feels like we are talking about a...

Many reviews said this is a must find hideaway place to eat so we made sure to try it out. Not sure if they were paid reviews or what. It definitely isn’t a “must find”. Off the bat I knew it wasn’t a great sign that it was empty at the height of lunch time on a Friday but we were hungry. Off the bat they were out of chips for the kids meals and chicken strips. We were offered alternatives and it was what it was. However, as others began to show up and order around us, we heard of other items being out as well, mainly the mushrooms for the mushroom Swiss burger. Our food arrived and it was average in appearance. Both my husband and I got Cuban sandwiches. Our kids got mini corn dogs, a quesadilla and chicken strips. They were out of chicken strips so we got a friend chicken breast cut up instead. Not a huge deal. The quesadilla was mediocre. The Cubans were a large disappointment. Mine was cold. We are from Minnesota and could have gotten the same or better in our home state which is saying something as midwesterners aren’t normally too into bold flavors - this Cuban was bland and basic really. Honestly the best piece of the meal were our sons mini corn dogs haha We won’t be making this a regular spot on our usual trips to...

We were in the area for the seafood festival. I went in to purchase a drink. My 16 yr old daughter went to use the restroom. The guy behind the counter told my daughter it was for customers only. I told him I am a purchasing something so she could use restroom. I asked for a drink that cost $4.01. I was then told by the attendant that i needed to purchase a min of $4.50 on my cc and had to buy somethings else. I did not want to be bullied into purchasing something else just to meet their min transaction amount. So then they said the restroom was for paying customers again. My daughter was already in the restroom, did they expect me to stop her midstream? I told them I wasn't purchasing anything then, but will definitely yelp them and that was when the female worker shoved me and said I had to leave. I said I was leaving, but was trying to wait for my daughter. The female worker then said she was going to get a sheriff and proceeded to try to get one. Is this how you treat tourists to your area? This is a disgusting way to try to get you to pay for overpriced lemonade. I know its a festival, but you're not winning people over when you treat them this way. Be certain you will be hearing from my attorney for assault from...
