My daughter introduced me to this company many years ago and I've ordered several times throughout the years, always satisfied. The soaps are a subtle indulgence. Super sensitive to scents I'm picky about what I put on my face and body, I've found every product I've had opportunity to purchase to be agreeable with my sensitivity. The facial cleanser and moisturizer I've found to be especially delicate and soothing. Living some hours away from Madison recently I had opportunity to visit the store, and I'm so glad I did, what a treat for my senses. I found the store owners to be welcoming and the store absolutely fabulous. Having the opportunity to sniff around I was able to branch out from some of my usual go-to's and picked up some new soaps, I've not been disappointed. This is a quaint little store in the historic river town of Madison, Indiana. My husband and I went around the various shops and stopped inside Fountain Alley because I had purchased their products before from a store they consign through. Their products are top notch, hand/home made and are well worth the price. I enjoy their soaps and candles as gifts to give as well as to keep for myself. They have soap for those who enjoy fishing - it takes away the fishy scent from your hands as well as those who deer hunt - it takes away your scent so deer can't smell you. They also have creams and salts for baths and much more. Their variety is impressive for a small business. My favorites are their Pumpkin soap and candle, Apple Jack candle, Frankincense and Myrrh soap, and Indian Summer soap. They also work with wildlife which is something I value as a consumer. We visited Madison, Indiana on a total whim, and luckily found this little shop whilst strolling through. The selection of handmade soaps and other body care items (bath bombs, oils, lotions, shampoo bars, etc) was wonderful. The scents are outrageously good, there is so much to pick from and it is all obviously made with love. There is also a cute butterfly garden behind the shop you can go see, which was a bonus. Favorites that I brought home; lemongrass bath bombs (heavenly), patchouli lotion (so rich) and orange spice/pumpkin soap (smells like Fall).
