Gacha — Local services in Madison

I stopped in with my son after a show at the Overture and he was so excited. Token price is a little steep (5 tokens for $10.75) as machines range from 2-5 tokens each to win the prize. Of course, my kiddo picked one machine that was 2 tokens and another one that was 4 tokens which necessitated purchase of 1 token for $2.27. After all that, the machine he wanted was not working. The employee working was very nice and helpful but ultimately not able to fix the machine while we were there, but my son was happy to get two more out of the first machine. Very cute and aesthetic store! However, Gacha was selling fake Sonny Angels and had already sold the majority of the box. This is unacceptable for a shop that just opened up and specializes in these sorts of collectibles. I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 because the employee was INCREDIBLY nice and understanding. They informed their boss and immediately gave us a full refund.

Very aesthetic store, a lot of Sanrio. Definitely a lot of not officially licensed products judging by the selection, branding of machines/boxes and quality of products. Probably a bit overpriced for unlicensed items. Love the idea but wouldn’t recommend to any collectors trying to find...
