We have been customers for 4 years now. This year, we saw rate differences, and made a reservation through Expedia, which showed that there were a few possibilities on which unit we may receive. Today, I was email confirmation of a unit that we had problems with in the past. I called the office and spoke with Kim, who would sigh and condescend with every question I would ask. This is really no way to treat a customer. We are unable to cancel our reservation due to cancellation policies set by Expedia, but because of Kim's attitude, we and our friends will not ever be booking our stays with them ever again.
In regard to our problem with the unit assigned (unit 12), certain family members have a bad dog allergy that started up in this unit our last stay, despite them saying they have a strict no pet policy. They were unwilling to cancel our reservation. Our family member got cancer and we have to take them to chemo and radiation. There is no way that we could go on the trip and they would not refund our money. We gave them 15 days notice (this was when we found out).
