Verizon — Local services in Mammoth Lakes

Went in a few days ago to get a new Otterbox and screen protector for my S24 Ultra, Andrea was super helpful and got me in and out in less than 5 minutes. The screen protector starting chipping the next day without any sort of drop or damage, came back and Ed (I think he's the owner?) and Andrea replaced it with a new one, no questions asked. Respect for a business that stands by its products, will definitely come here when I want to upgrade to a new phone!...

Ed is the worst absolutely so rude. DO NOT GO TO THE STORE. They refuse to work with customers that have worked with other Verizon stores because he said it was “ competition” but there both Verizon.
