I found myself in need of food and wanted something quick and easy. I casually browsed the sandwich section and selected an overpriced sandwich and a bag of alleged snap peas, unfortunately for myself and unknown to be at this time, this mistake would ruin my day and traumatize me for life. The sandwich was in 2 half’s, the first having a mangled long human hair attached to the outside, in need of sustenance I flicked it off and consumed the first half quickly forgetting the hair ever existed. The second half infuriated me and left me no choice but to discard what was left of the sandwich. The bread was soaking wet, it may have been dropped in a bucket of water before being wrapped for all I knew. Panic slowly rising in my stomach while alarm bells began to distantly ring, I opened the alleged “baked snap peas” to find the product contained no peas just some cheap knockoff product which tasted of death. Pictured is the human hair and what was left of my long awaited lunch. As one human to many other humans…do not go here for food, do not. Not only will it leave you penniless and miserable but it might also cost you your life.

Had a good first visit, but an unfortunate second visit. When purchasing a bottle a liquor, the bag had a hole, causing the bottle to fall through a hole/tear bag two steps away from the register. Because we were two steps away, the staff said it was our fault and it was possible we caused the tear. As a result, we were not given a refund or replacement. As we were in a hurry and still wanted to have a bottle, we purchased a second bottle. The kicker? The second bag also had a hole from the cashier. If you purchase alcohol, make sure you cradle the whole thing like your first born baby.

This store has pretty much everything you'll need while visiting the beautiful manzanita beach. There is even a fresh meat and seafood counter and lots of fresh produce. They also sell beer and wine and have a liquor store.

My family recently moved to Rockaway and were looking for good produce nearby, without having to drive to Tillamook, so we found this place. The produce is really fresh (other than their cilantro,) and nicely arranged. We picked out quite an assortment of produce, then made our way to checkout. There was no check stand opened, so we had to do self checkout. I asked the lady who was overseeing self check if she knew the codes for the produce items. She told me the first two, and when I asked her for the next one, she said "look it up." She wasn't busy AT ALL, and there weren't any other customers at the checkstands. I didn't have the option to go to a check stand with a cashier, and I had a lot of produce items, not to mention I'm paying nearly 25% more for them, than if I had gone anywhere else, and I'm forced to do self checkout, and she was absolutely no help...and rude. I was on a tight schedule, as we had company coming, and this experience added to our stress because it took us quite a while having to lookup every single item. I will never give my business to this place again. I've worked in customer service for 40 years, and honestly this was one of the worst I've seen. Sometimes it doesn't matter how good your product is, if you fail at...

they are not enforcing the mask mandate. People are walking in without their masks and we are deep in the heat of the Delta COVID-19 pandemic Tillamook County is steeped in numbers with a lot of deaths. They are not enforcing it even though the signs entering Manzanita say masks required.

Edit/ response: Jon Welsh - I called the store at the moment all of those people walked in without their masks and she gave me a song and dance about not having security insurance to protect them. So that they could not enforce the mask mandate it was not up to them to do so. She also said that she could offer them a mask or ask them to leave but then she said she couldn't do that because she had to consider the safety of her employees. sure if you have cameras in your store you can hear her say this. I told her she really didn't consider the safety of her employees if she was not enforcing the mask mandate. And while those six people went in to the store to others came out and they did not have any masks with them at all!! she was working the register by the self check out. Whoever that employee is not enforcing this...
