Umi Bento — Restaurant in Manzanita

Ordered the chicken bento + side beef yakitori + 1 hum bao. The bento comes with a large bed of rice, side of cucumber salad, and one yakitori/skewer. Both meats were seasoned well and cooked perfectly! Steak was medium and chicken was tender/moist. Cooked to order, so about 15 minute wait which is expected. I was so hungry I inhaled the food and forgot to take a photo.

We came into town from the valley on our mini anniversary trip to the coast last week. We smelled lunch coming from Umi Bento and decided to take a chance. Not only was the food delicious, the owner was super friendly and let us sample some of his new sauce (which was amazing too). I absolutely loved the flavor and taste at Umi Bento; the food was genuinely delicious and clearly made with care. Every dish I tried was packed with wonderful authentic notes. The portion sizes felt a bit on the smaller side for the price.
