Chico's — Local services in Maple Grove

i have shopped at chicos for years mostly i like the streach pants. i went on line and bought a pair of pants that fell apart( i wish i wouls have saved a picture) after one wash and three wears. obviouly the material was defective. when i called the on line store, they were rude. not only would they not allow me to return pants they sent me to a chicos store to verify they were defective. I went to the Albertville mall, but they said they are not a real chicos store. i asked them to call anyway as she could see the were defective. She did, and they wanted me to now drive to maple grove. although they returned the pants i still had to pay for shipping, and my time and gas. Sorry that they have now lost a...

This was my first time shopping at Chicos.

At first, I felt unwelcomed.. but it was one of the best customer service experiences, I ever had.

The store manager had my size availabIe in-store and offered me her taste in what would like nice on me. I made my selections quickly and even purchased an item that she chose for me.

I was really impressed with the packaging, and how my items were placed in tissue paper and with a sticker on it.

Love going to this Chico's store and boutique! They even have some selections in Petite, and their jewelry collection is outstanding! I especially like being able to drive right up to the door and park, which is not always possible at other Chico's.
