Wouldn't recommend purchasing any jewelry here. This is what happened to my ring after less than a month of wear (see photo) I asked to exchange it due to the quality issue and was advised that I would need to pay an additional $45.00 to have the new ring shipped to me. I asked for the fee to be waived as this issue was due to no fault of my own and was told that was not possible... I prefer to support small businesses that stand behind their products and provide exceptional care to those of us who choose to support them over larger box stores. We have spent A LOT of money in this place (between my girlfriend and I).

I bought a sharks tooth bangle last year and now it's broken (it cracked).

I called but they won't do anything about it (because its gold apparently they cannot solder it and because i bought it last year, they wont replace it). A $200 bracelet not even 1.5 years old.

They recommended that I "just buy a new one"

My friend and I went to this store as it was one of the only ones open at that time of night and browsed around. With Audrey's help I was able to buy a beautiful necklace. She was extremely helpful to my friend and I and stayed open a little longer for us to try on some dresses. We forgot to validate parking and came back a minute or two after she closed the doors and she validated our parking for us.
