I have bought my last 6 swimsuits from the Bikini Market A few weeks ago I bought a little black dress and was hesitant to buy it because I thought it might be to sheer. I asked the sales associate if I can return it and she told me YES, as long as the tags are still on it. When I went to return it a few days later I was told by another sales associate they only do exchanges. I explained to her, the associate that sold it to me said I could return it as long as it has the tags on it. The dress has not been worn and tags in place. I asked her to call the owner to get an exception and they couldn't find her. I went back to the store a 2nd time and still no owner. I have asked to please have the owner call me direct and still no phone call. I have called the number for Bikini Market and no answer?? I am so disappointed in the service I received. I try and support local businesses but I expect to be treated with respect. In my business the customer is always right, especially one who has supported their store from day 1.
