Wailea Village Center is the small strip mall located at the corner of Wailea Ike and Wailea Alanui drives. Notable tenants are Manoli's Pizza, an urgent care clinic, and the Wailea Blue Course clubhouse. It's definitely not a shopper's paradise (at the moment) and is more of a "necessity center". The sole occupied building is older and will bring back fond memories of old Wailea to those who remember the long-gone Wailea Shopping Center (now replaced by the Shops At Wailea) with its 80's-style architecture and charm. However, two new 2-story buildings have popped up on the mountain side of the property, totally shiny and modern, like night and day from the original building, though they're not occupied yet. Parking is adequate and access is easy from either side of the divided Wailea Ike Drive.
OVERALL: Peaceful little center that I'll review-update once more...
