
I am still trying to receive the products I purchased from them after 11 days (since paying for them). USPS has a tracking number, but the package appears to not be in the shipment. However, the most frustrating issue is I cannot even speak with someone at the store. I have called numerous times, left 2 voicemails, and asked to receive a call back (and all my calls were during business hours), but they simply will not respond. Spending over $100 and getting nothing for it, not even a human on the phone, is pretty lousy service. If I don't get ahold of them by the 3rd week I am disputing the charge...

Then I contacted the company via text and the result was bad and I decided to buy 3 different ones to try. There were products that worked well, but unfortunately all of their products were bad. During he recent snow storm my package was delayed and Glenn responded to all my emails (even when I didn’t know they were doing to spam and I kept thinking he wasn’t replying) and made sure to keep me up to date on the delays and promising to rectify the shipping with the post office and thankfully it didn’t come to that the package arrived and well packed. I also like how I get my shipping info quick and can follow the items as they move through the postal service. Looking forward to ordering more and more...
