I've had a series of extremely disappointing experiences with this company, and I feel it's important to share my perspective. My interactions left me feeling misled and undervalued. While I had hoped for a straightforward and positive experience, it unfortunately did not turn out that way.
From my understanding, the terms of service weren't as clear as I expected. Despite assurances regarding the interest rates and service functionality, my experience did not align with those expectations. The services, including the security system and doorbell, did not meet the level of quality I was led to believe I'd receive. This discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered has led me to advise others to proceed with caution.
It's come to my attention that there might be varying experiences out there, with some individuals having different interactions with this company. In my case, the decision by the loan provider to cease their partnership with this vendor was an eye-opener.
While I've noticed a number of positive reviews, my experiences lead me to wonder about their origins. This is purely my personal skepticism, and I encourage everyone to conduct their own thorough research.
Given what I've gone through, my suggestion to anyone considering this company's services is to document all interactions for your own protection. It's something I wish I had done more diligently. Based on my personal journey, I'm hesitant to recommend this company, but I believe in the importance of making informed decisions based on a wide range of information and sources. I'd recommend looking at the recent conversations on their Facebook page to begin...
Read moreThis is for Precision Home Pros in Cedar Park, Tx. I should have warned people years ago. Better late than never. Take time to review this company and see the latest comments. See the F rating with the BBB! The tactics and billing may have changed. But in early 2023 we had someone come to our home to "explain" the services. I was interested in cheaper home internet. Somehow that got left in the dust and the two (just 2) cameras with security monitoring wound up being an expensive buy. Yes, we signed a contract. No, we should not have done so. Cheaper internet was supposedly coming through T-Mobile! I could have looked that up myself. We were not eligible for internet at the time. The install was a nightmare for months. After the payments began- one for monitoring and one equipment, they increased later. The means to pay changed for the equipment. There is / was a go-between company called Monnt but the payments show as CrossRiver Bank. In all, it is too hard to keep up with. The owner said I could get a lower interest rate. He also said I could get a copy of the contract. Not seen either. Buy your own cameras. Pay a good installer, or do it yourself. What we have should have been $100's not $1000s....
Read moreI am in agreement with the reviews of Chad Bolson. The salesman Eric was super nice but I felt like we were taken advantage of. We are Seniors and wanted to talk this over with our son before making a decision. Unfortunately we got talked out the need and took the bait. It was to lower my combined cost of internet, phone and TV. I was told once everything catches up with the other companies, it would be less. IT DID NOT! I'm still paying $24 more and locked into a 15 year contract of a security system. It was the worst decision made. My credit score went from 727 to 657 due to financing this system. We were suppose to get the NFL Sunday package FREE for the 1st year. IT WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD and we have made several calls to Andrew Jaekel (Mgr) for reimbursement and to no avail. The owners name is Christian. It's been 4 months now. Please do your research, don't get something you don't need, remember this affects your credit! We were find with the Ring and I wish there was a way to give them their equipment back and withdraw from this mess of a deal. LISTEN, JUST DON'T BUY INTO THIS! Gentleman the Bible says in Leviticus 19:13 " Do not defraud or rob your neighbor" This...
