I have shopped at Cupcake Couture a few times over the past 2 years. The service has been fairly good in those visits. I drove 45 minutes to specifically come to your store and shop. I needed a few new outfits for special events. Your buyer has a fantastic eye and your merchandise is always terrific. I am happy to make the drive down instead of going to other clothing boutiques closer to me because of the stylish products. The last time I walked in there were two gals working. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. At that time I was the only customer in the store, and as you very well know your store is not that large. I finally approached one of your associates and kindly asked if I could use a dressing room to try on several dresses. No one checked on me to see if I needed any size changes or asked if I liked what I was trying on. 2 of the outfits would have worked out great. I decided not to get them based on the fact that when I exited the dressing room, both of your sales associates didn't even look up from their conversation about their weekend plans to see if I needed any assistance or wanted to purchase the items. I have to say that writing this review does make me sad because my experience with you in the past has been good. You have lovely merchandise. Your associates that represent your business brand made me decide to take my business elsewhere in town today, where I purchased several outfits and accessories. Upon my departure no one said goodbye or thanked me for coming in. The next time I come to shop in McMinnville I will be going to the other stores in town instead. I will also be making my friends aware of your lack luster...

I have spent a couple hundred or more a month here for the last six months. I generally am pleased with the selection, customer service and pricing. However just one frustrating experience … I put a jacket on hold and was coming the next day to pick it up. I couldn’t pay that day (came in to do an exchange) because my spouse had my debit card.

I was told when I came in the very next day to purchase my held items - that it was sold online. No one told me that could happen when placing on hold. I feel like that is something that should be communicated! Otherwise what is even the point of me placing an item on hold? Kind has made me rethink if I want to keep shopping here.

We have family that lives in Mcminnville so whenever we visit, we enjoy shopping downtown. Although Cupcake Couture has very cute and unique items, there customer service is terrible! We visited Saturday Sept 14. Two young ladies were working. They did not say hello. They did not ask if we needed help. When we did ask for help, they acted like they were doing us a favor buy getting a different size. They continued to talk to just each other at the register. They were even overheard making a joke about another customer. I was very disappointed. I have always enjoyed shopping there but I dont think I will be going back anytime soon. Hopefully the owner can retrain these ladies. I wouldn't want them...
