We purchased some hand wash and a purse from the store. Got home and the hand wash had leaked and stained the purse! With some anxiety, we went back to Bella Casa and related what had transpired. They could not have been nicer! Full refund was given and we received a new bottle of hand wash and a credit to apply to another purchase. Great store and highly...
